The Strategic Reality Files

Multi-Blog Guide

I've always enjoyed a wide variety of interests in life, and when I sat down to formulate exactly what kinds of information I wanted to share in this blog, the following dozen categories survived the final cut. Enjoy!

Strategic Reality: A mostly unknown or well-hidden truth that, once discovered and strategically implemented, imparts the beholder with a newfound sense of control over their Health, Wealth, Wisdom and Happiness!  Richard L. Bristol

I'm in my 70's -- but people often think of me as 45'ish. That's not an accident. For the past several decades, I've followed a "secret" regime that I believe has kept me young and healthy. My hair is dark and natural with only a hint of gray here and there; I take no medications; I never get sick; I enjoy working up to 80 hours a week, and I love every minute of my life!

This sub-blog will explore the healthy things I've done to enhance my life, AND the cutting edge knowledge I believe is poised to extend the healthy, productive lives of people well into triple digits in the near future.

Once you shed limited thinking and open up your mind to unlimited possibilities, there is no force on earth that can hold you back from achieving ANYTHING your mind desires. When you embrace the Strategic Secrets found within this website, the Realities of a better life will be there for you to grasp, cherish and enjoy!

In this sub-blog, you'll learn how average people can make extraordinary amounts of money. You don't need to be a MENSA member to make a massive amount of money, but it does help to have a mentor to point you in the right direction.

Wisdom is the ability to recognize a grain of truth hiding among billions of grains of "conventional wisdom" permeating every facet of our lives. It is not particularly difficult to become wise. You just have to sweep away the legions of mind control society imposes on your thinking, and open up to new possibilities - no matter how strange and improbable those ideas may seem at first encounter!

This sub-blog provides an exploration of  what it means to be wise, how to open your mind to new ideas and how to add newfound levels of wisdom into your life and daily experience.

Enjoy this sub-blog just for fun!

It is meant as a diversion from the more serious pursuits of Health, Wealth, Wisdom and Happiness.

The web is alive with humor. When I stumble upon something that evokes a hearty laugh, I'll pass it along. I hope my readers will do the same.

I may attempt to write original humor if the mood strikes, but that proposition is risky business at best, and premature death by rotten tomatoes is not an item I have on my bucket list.

Okay, I admit it. I have a soapbox and I'm not afraid to be politically incorrect and totally irreverent if I get riled up over some lame-brained action, ill-advised utterance, or incomprehensible act of shear stupidity, of which the world has far more than enough to go around. It is here, in this sub-blog, where I will allow myself to shamelessly editorialize as the need arises.

Guest Editorials

Guest Editorials is a place where others. like myself, can indulge in politically incorrect and totally irreverent speech, if they get riled up over some lame-brained action, ill-advised utterance, or otherwise incomprehensible act of shear stupidity. It is here, in this sub-blog, where I will reprint articles and/or allow selected guests to shamelessly editorialize about their particular fields of expertise.

My Novels (FREE)

Over the years I've written four novels. They remain unpublished because I'm a good enough writer to recognize they still need a lot of work to shine. However,  I will soon begin releasing these rough drafts online, for the purpose of getting feedback. If you're brave, read them. If I receive enough positive comments, I may polish and publish them; in which case, the brave will be suitably rewarded!  ;-))

Book Store

When I was in the 6th grade I read and wrote at the 12th grade level. Strangely, I ended up writing cryptic computer code as a profession instead of literature. But the joy of reading is and has always been a fundamental part of my education and the foundation from which health, wealth and wisdom has matriculated. The books featured in my book store provide a rich source of knowledge. Read and prosper!

Dad's Poems

This mini-blog is a special tribute to my biological father, whose humorous and often insightful poetry is a reflection of his deeper spirit. Sadly, many vices  led to the loss of his voice-box, his cognition and ultimately, his life.  His witty poetry  illustrates that even the most troubled of us can have a deeper, more thoughtful side that transcends the apparent reality of their lives - far more than the alcoholic stupors, smoke-filled rooms and derelict conditions which branded him socially. Read and enjoy. His poems will always inspire me!

Me, My Wife & I

When my late wife passed away 10 years ago, the world lost a great spirit. If it were not for the profound wisdom she shared with me every day of our lives together, I would NOT be who I am today. Without her, I would most likely be rotting away in a musky casket somewhere, rather than living the fulfilling life I now enjoy.  This mini-blog is a mixed biography of myself and my wife, but mostly Sacha,  a totally amazing woman who lived a drama-filled life in the years leading up to and after World War II in her native Hungary, and how she finally escaped to America!

Sleep Wellness

Sleep Disorders are at an all-time high with over 70,000,000 sleep prescriptions issued every year. People toss and turn endlessly with fragmented sleep cycles robbing them of the deep healing sleep their bodies need! ALL this can be linked back to 60 years of misinformation and deception in the 32 billion dollar sleep industry and the Sleep Sickness Epidemic it helped create. This mini-blog is about  the importance of Sleep Wellness and game changing Sleep Technologies plus an important new documentary titled: "Wake Up America!  Sleep Exposed!"

For Teens

When I was a teen a few centuries ago, I received a lot of bad advice from adults. And not because they intended to harm me in any way. They were well-meaning, naturally, but clueless when it came to the more nuanced aspects of Strategic Realities. Very little has changed over the past 60 years. Today's parents, like many parents of the past, teach their children falsehoods they believe to be correct, because that's what they were taught. Also, in some cases, experienced adults over 60 can serve as neutral mentors for teens, taking pressure off both sides.
